When do I pay for the Monitoring Service?

HSMC will invoice you for monitoring services as soon as your customer is placed on-line and then annually thereafter.  If you are placing a large number of accounts on-line initially, you may choose to be billed monthly, which will allow you to budget your monitoring payments more easily.
