A Few of the Services Offered:

  • Burglary, hold-up/duress, fire, medical, high and low temperature, environmental, gas leak, medical alert, high water, etc.

  • HSMC is equipped to handle automatic panel tests, which you can program to report to our central monitoring station either daily, weekly, or monthly.

  • Two-way audio functionality allows our dispatchers to listen to all sounds at the premises, talk with the customer, verify the cause of the alarm and then take all appropriate actions in assisting the customer with their urgent situation.  When a crises arises, the customer is never alone!


  • System status monitoring at no additional fee, for such functions as: low battery, restorals, a/c failure, trouble codes, supervisory codes, etc.

  • Uploading and Downloading through advanced computer software, and other interactive services with I.T.I. receivers are all available to you, or your technician(s), when you need help in the field with remote programming.

  • The panel at the premises can be programmed to transmit distinctive codes every time the alarm system is armed or disarmed.  The opening/closing codes are in addition to, and different from, the normal burglary signals received.

  • We can provide cellular back-up for your alarm systems through vendors like AlarmNet, Uplink, etc.

  • HSMC can supply you with meaningful and informative alarm reports each morning, which will enable you to keep track of all system activity, including: late-to-test, low batteries, trouble codes, etc.

  • Dealer Access - a powerful software program designed to help you become more informed about your accounts, enables you to manage your accounts more efficiently, and allows you to be pro-active when dealing with customer service-related problems.
