2. On the Aegis Menu located on the left-hand side
of the browser window, select the "Enter/Edit Change
Requests" link and type-in the full account number. You
can also use the Lookup feature by clicking the magnifying
glass to search for a particular account. Once
you have entered the proper account number, click the "Edit
Account" to proceed.
3. Once the account's information is displayed, select
the "Contacts" option, then the "Rights"
sub-option from the account menu.
4. Once the following screen is displayed, click
the name of the user, for which you would like to enable eLink
Customer Access. Please note that you can only
edit or assign rights to contacts that already have passcodes
assigned to them, and eLink Customer Access can be enabled
for any contacts listed on the account.
5. Once you have clicked on the contact to edit their
rights, a new pop-up window will be displayed with the following
options displayed in the screenshot below. Change
the last option listed "Access through eLink" to
"Yes" to enable access for this particular contact. Once
complete, click the "Submit" button at the bottom
of the screen to apply the change.
6. Now that the selected contact has had "Access
through eLink" enabled, the customer will be able to
login to their account with the following information:
