This unique feature gives the customer instant two-way voice communication with our Central Station. When an alarm situation occurs, and a signal is transmitted to HSMC, this special functionality allows our dispatchers to listen to all sounds at the premises, talk with the customer, verify the cause of the alarm, and then take all appropriate actions in assisting the customer with their urgent situation – such as: dispatch the Police, Fire, or Medical Emergency personnel to the premises.

Two-way audio is an effective tool to improve the customer’s security by reducing false alarms and meeting specific emergency needs rapidly. More importantly, when a crisis arises, the customer is never alone!
