The Contacts tab is where users create and manage the information used to call or email individuals regarding the account. This folder instructs users on how to data enter contact information on the account.

The On/Off Test tab in Caller Assistance and Data Entry is used to schedule periods of time were the account is disabled for service, maintenance, test performance, or anything related to the alarm system's operation.

The Notify Lists and Paging tabs are where users manage notification lists and parameters assigned to contacts on the subscriber account. This documentation instructs users on how to create and manage notify lists and view paging information.

The Other tab allows users to manage miscellaneous alarm handling and notification settings on the account. This folder contains documentation that instructs users on how to use each subtab available under the Other tab to configure the account accordingly.

The Schedules tab is where users create and manage the scheduling information the system follows when delivering or handling signals on the subscriber account. This folder instructs users on how to assign the different schedule types to the account.

The Subscriber tab is where users define basic identifying information on the account. This folder contains documentation that instructs users on how to use each subtab available under the Subscriber tab to define the account information as necessary.

The Zones tab allows users to manage zones to ensure proper alarm signals are received and handled on the subscriber. This folder contains documentation that instructs users on how to use each sub-tab available configure account zones accordingly.
