The Contacts subtab allows users to manage individual contact information for people associated with the account. The people identified here are the primary contacts on the account. This documentation instructs users on how to create and manage primary contact information.

The Premises subtab is used to manage the contact information used to communicate with personnel located at the subscriber's primary location. This documentation instructs users on how to create and manage premises contact information.

The Authorities subtab is used to manage the contact information used to communicate with emergency personnel (police, medical, or fire). This documentation instructs users on how to create and manage authority contact information.
